2 cans Enchilada Sauce (Mild, medium or hot)
2 cans Cream of Chicken Soup
1 to 2 lbs of Meat (Hamburger, Chicken, etc.), fried and drained
Soft Tortillas
Cheese (Monterey Jack & Colby or Mexican Mix)

Sour Cream
Lettuce
Tomatoes
Onions

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together the first 3 ingredients in a large bowl

Spray a large baking dish with Pam or lightly grease.

Layer tortillas, sauce and cheese. Keep repeating until there are 3 layers.
Top should end with tortillas.

Bake at 350º for 25 minutes.

Ready to eat when it comes out of the oven.

Tastes great with lettuce, tomatoes, onions and sour cream.
