2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
3 Tbsps. sugar
1 cup flour
1/4 cup butter, melted
2 tsps. baking soda
2 cups buttermilk

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat griddle to 340º.

2. Mix sugar, salt, and melted butter in bowl.

3. Gradually add flour. When mixture starts getting too thick, gradually add eggs.

4. Mix together thoroughly.

5. Mix buttermilk and baking soda in separate container until frothy.

6. Gradually add that mixture to mixture in bowl and mix thoroughly.

7. Pour pancakes onto griddle and cook at 340º until browned.

8. Serve with maple syrup and bacon (or sausage patties).
