Ingredients:
1/4 cup butter
1 cup celery, chopped
1 cup onion, chopped
2 tablespoons sage, rubbed
1 each egg
4 cups wheat bread, stale or dried, cubed
4 cups cornbread, 8 cup total bread & cornbread
2 1/2 cups chicken broth, 2-3 cups chicken or turkey broth

Directions:
Directions:
1. Melt Butter in a large skillet. Saute onion and celery until tender in butter. Add the sage, then cool the mixture. Add the egg and mix well. Add cubed breads and toss until well coated. Gradually drizzle on the broth and toss until the dressing has reached a stage that is a little soggier than you would want to see on your plate. Some of the moisture will evaporate during baking.
2. Bake covered in a greased pan at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, then raise the heat to 400 degrees. Bake uncovered for an additional 15 minutes until it is browned to your liking.
