1 cup shortening
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 each eggs
2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups oats, rolled (raw), not quick cooking kind
12 ounces chocolate chips
1 cup nuts

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix shortening, sugar, brown sugar & eggs well. Add vanilla.
2. Sift together flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder.
3. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients.
4. Add oats, chocolate chips, cinnamon chips & nuts
6. Bake at 350 for 13 minutes.
