2 cups water
1 cups rice
3/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup cornstarch
2 cups milk
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together rice and water in saucepan, bring to boil. Reduce to simmer and put the lid on it, stirring often, until water is absorbed and rice is done. In a bowl, mix together the sugar, cornstarch and cinnamon. Add milk, a little at a time. Using a wire whisk is easiest. Then, while stirring, add your milk mixture to rice and bring to boil. Best to serve it warm or room temp..but we like it cold too.
