2 1/2 Cups Flour
1/2 tps Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Salt
12 Tbls Butter, melted and cooled
1 C Dark Brown Sugar
1/2 C Sugar
1 Egg
1 Egg Yolk
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 1/2 C Chocolate Chips (Semi Sweet or Dark)
1 C Macadamia Nuts (whole or chopped)
2 C Shredded Coconut

1. Preheat oven to 325 F.

2. Use your paddle attachment in your mixer and cream butter and sugars. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Add
in dry ingredients and mix on low until incorporated.

3. Stir in chips, nuts, and coconut by hand.

4. Measure out 2 Tbsp. (¼ C. for larger cookies, approx. 2 dozen) of batter per cookie and place it on a cookie sheet lined with parchment or a silicone mat. (Shape and flatten slightly by hand)

5. Freeze cookies until firm.

6. Bake for 15 minutes until golden brown on edges, watching not to burn. They will look underdone in the center, but will continue to cook on tray once they are pulled out from the oven.

7. Let cool completely on the pan. Store in airtight container.
