1 egg white
1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
1 lb. pecan halves
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
Pinch of salt
1/3 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 tsp. allspice
1/3 tsp. ground cloves
1/3 tsp. nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 250 º. Whip together egg white with vanilla until frothy. In a separate bowl, mix dry ingredients and spices.
Pour pecans in egg mixture; mix until coated. Toss pecans in dry ingredients.
Place on baking sheet and bake for 1 hour. Turn every 15 minutes.
