Cookie Crumb Crust


Ingredients:

1 cup flour
¼ cup butter
¼ cup brown sugar
¼ cup chopped nuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix and spread on a small cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Cool and smash.

Press into pie pan or ramekins (for individual servings).

Pie is freezer friendly.
 

Cream Cheese Pie Filling


Ingredients:

1 pkg Cream Cheese (8 oz)
1 can sweetened condensed milk
6 tbsp lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together the cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk with an electric mixer until smooth. Add in the 6 tbsp lemon juice and mix until combined. Pour over crust and cool until firmed (a couple hours).

Top with berries if desired.
