2 lbs. hamburg
1/3 bag frozen onions
1/3 bag frozen peppers
1 box frozen corn (no butter sauce)
1 box frozen peas (no butter sauce)
Salt and pepper
6-7 servings of potato buds (from a box)
2 bags grated Cabot seriously sharp Cheddar cheese

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425º.

2. Thaw out peas and corn first.

3. In frying pan, cook onions, peppers, and hamburg. Add salt and pepper.

4. Cook mashed potatoes following 6 to 7 serving directions on box.

5. Line large casserole dish with hamburg mixture.

6. Add thawed-out peas and corn (uncooked) on top of hamburg mixture.

7. Top with mashed potatoes.

8. Finish by adding 2 bags of grated cheese on top and spreading out evenly over top.

9. Bake uncovered for ½ hour or until golden brown.
