2 lbs. stew meat or roast, cut into bite size pieces
3 peeled and cut-up potatoes
4 carrots, cut into thick coins
1/3 C. dried onion OR 1 medium yellow or white onion, chopped fine
1 can tomato soup, undiluted
1 can (17 oz.) LeSueur young sweet peas, partially drained
3 bay leaves
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Place in order given into Pam-sprayed roaster or baking pan. Cover with foil and cook in 250º oven for 5-5 ½ hours.
