1 Marble Cake Mix
2 lbs rigotta cheese
3/4 cup sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp vanilla

USE OVERSIZE 9 X 13 PAN

Mix cake Mix according to box - pour into greased pan
Stir rest of ingredients together
Pour over cake batter
Bake 350º 1 hour

AFTER IT COOLS
1 pkg 3 oz instant chocolate pudding
1 cup cold milk
8 oz cool whip
Whip with wisk and put on top of cake
