1 cup peanut butter
1 egg
1 cup sugar
1 bag hershey kisses

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
In a bowl, mix together sugar, peanut butter, and egg. Shape into 1 inch balls and place on ungreased baking sheets.
Bake for 10 minutes, then remove cookies from the oven. Press a chocolate kiss into the center of each cookie while still warm. Place back into oven for 1 minute. Cool on the baking sheets until set, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

I have baked cookies, cakes, cupcakes, pies, mousse... I have never gotten so many compliments as for this cookie recipe that takes longer to heat the oven than it does to completely bake the cookies, including clean up and going to the store to buy the ingredients. It is even passover friendly!
