3 c sugar
1 c Wesson Oil
4 eggs
1½ tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
⅔ c water
2 c pumpkin
3⅓ c flour
2 tsp soda

Optional: 1 cup of nuts ( walnut or pecans works great)
1 cup of raisins

Mix in the mixer. Put in 3 bread pans or use round juice cans. Be Sure To Grease! Fill only about half full.

Bake at 350º for 60 minutes or more. Use a toothpick to check doneness
