2/3 c. canned milk
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
4 c. flour
2 t. soda
1/2 t. salt
4 t. cream of tartar

Mix dough and roll thin. Cut with round cutter. Fill with 1 tb. filling. And top with another cookie. Bake at 350
