Directions:
Whisk together flour, milk, and eggs. Whisk well, adding lots of air to mixture. Spray baking dish (or muffin tins) with cooking spray. Pour roast drippings into bottom of pan. Pour mixture into baking dish. Bake at 425 for 30-40 minutes. Slice into squares and serve with gravy.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
If a big bubble forms while baking you can poke it to release the air. Typically served with a Roast and Gravy, and vegetables. This recipe is from my mother, who was born and raised in London. It's been a family favorite in our home for years. Especially for Sunday dinners.
