2 lbs frozen has browns shredded
2 sticks of butter, melted
1 lb Jalapeņo Velvetta Cheese
1 pint half n half
2 tbsp chopped garlic
1/3 c Worcestershire sauce
Red pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in sauce pan with the exception of the shredded frozen Hashbrown. Simmer until Jap cheese is just melted. Taste for seasoning. Pour hot cheese over frozen hash browns in 9 x 13 greased casserole dish. Let sit for 1 1/2 hours at room temperature. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.

Freezes well, great next day, great for breakfast. Note....MJ adds 1-2 cans chopped green chilies. Enjoy!!!
