1 - 2 containers of fresh strawberries
1 baked pie crust
¼ cup sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1½ cups cold water
1 strawberry Jell-O

Directions:
Directions:
Hull and cut fresh strawberries into halves and quarters depending on the size of the strawberry. Set aside. In a pot, mix together sugar, cornstarch and cold water. Bring to a boil. When thick bubbles form, stir for another minute. Remove from heat and add the strawberry Jell-O. Let sit. Meanwhile, arrange half of the cut strawberries in the baked pie shell. Pour some of the Jell-O mixture on the berries. Add the rest of the berries until there is a slight mound. Add the remaining Jell-O mixture over the berries. Place in the fridge for a couple of hours to set. When set, take out and serve. You can use fresh peaches and peach Jell-O instead if you prefer.
