2½ cups Graham Wafer Crumbs
1 cup butter
1½ cups icing sugar
2 unbeaten eggs
1, 14 oz. can crushed pineapple
1, 500 ml (2 cups) whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine 2 cups of the crumbs and ½ cup melted butter and press into a 9" x 13" baking dish. Bake for 10 minutes at 350º F. Cool.
2. Cream the ½ cup butter and icing sugar then add eggs one at a time while beating in with a wooden spoon. Continue until it is creamy and well blended. Spread over the crumb base.
3. Whip cream until stiff peaks form then fold in the well drained pineapple and spread over above mixture. Sprinkle remaining graham wafer crumbs on top. Refrigerate overnight or for a few hours before serving.
