4 cups of flour in a big bowl
2 envelopes (2T) of instant yeast

In another bowl:
2 eggs
cup sugar
6T oil
1t salt
3 c warm water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix up and put together in the big bowl. Add another 4 c flour. Mix up with a wooden spoon. Put it on the counter and knead it.

Put back in bowl and let it rise 20 minutes. Punch it down and let it rise for another 20 minutes.

Make it into little balls-12 per cookies sheet/2 cookie sheets

Let rise for an hour.
Bake at 350 for 15-18 minutes
