2 Cups Flour
10 Eggs
Cooking oil ( I use canola oil)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine eggs and milk with electric mixer. Add flour slowly and mix well. Fry in a large cast iron pan with about 1/2" of hot oil till golden brown and center of pieces aren't shiny or underdone. As you're cooking, chop up with metal spatula so pieces resemble scrambled eggs. Serve hot in bowls with canned peaches and its syrup. (Options include a sprinkle of white sugar, jelly or maple syrup.)
