1 cup sugar
2 lemons
¼ cup butter
3 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Use juice of 2 lemons. Mix with remaining ingredients and cook in a double boiler until like honey. Put in jar and place in refrigerator to cool or fill baked tart shells with cooled mixture.
