1 1/2 cups of egg/water mixture (put 2 eggs into a big measuring cup, beat slightly and then add water to the 1 1/2 cup line)
2 tsp. salt
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
4 TBSP vegetable oil
2 cups whole wheat flour
2 5/8 cups bread flour
3 TBSP dry milk
2 1/4 tsp. regular baking yeast

Place ingredients in the bread machine baking pan in order given. Run machine on "Dough" setting. When cycle is completed punch dough down, remove dough from baking pan and place in a lightly greased (oiled) bowl. Let rise in a warm place for about an hour (until doubled). Punch dough down and divide in half (cover the half that you're not shaping first). Divide each half into 12 balls and place them 2" apart on a greased cookie sheet (air-bake). Let rise for 30 minutes, brush with melted butter and then bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes or until lightly brown.
