2 cups flour
3 t baking powder
1 t lemon extract
4 T sugar
4 T shortening
½ cup milk
1 egg

Mix well.
Make small ball
Place 2 inches apart
Bake 375 10-15 minutes

Frosting
mix together 2 cups confectioners sugar, 1 T shortening, 1 oz. of sweet chocolate. 2 T boiling water
