4 cups of butter (2#)
2 cups powdered sugar
4 tsp. vanilla
9 cups flour
1 tsp salt
3 cups finely chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400º

Mix butter, sugar and vanilla

Work in flour, salt and nuts until dough hold together.

Shape into 1 inch balls

Place on ungreased baking sheet

Bake at 10 to 12 minutes - until set but not brown

While warm roll in powdered sugar

Cool and roll in sugar again
