4 tbsp butter room temp
1 tsp dried yeast
1 egg beaten
1/4 tsp salt

Directions:
In a mixing bowl, add the flour and salt. In another bowl, mix warm milk, sugar, egg and yeast well. Then add this mixture to the flour and mix it softly with a wooden spoon to come together. Add the butter and fold to combine. Spray the bowl with oil and place the dough and cover with plastic wrap to rise for one hour.

Bring a baking pan and butter it generously and set it aside. Take the dough out and knead it for 1 minute, then rest it for 15 minutes. Cut it into equal portions to make about 10 balls. Then place the dough balls in the baking pan next to each other and cover it back up to rise for another 1/2 hour. Heat the oven on 375º. Uncover the dough, brush it with egg wash and bake for 20 minutes or until the dough rises and has a golden color.
