2 lb lean ground beef or lamb, ground twice (or use any lean meat you prefer)
1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
1 1/2 tsp mint (dried or fresh)
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic (minced)
1 small onion (minced)
1 egg (beaten)
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/3 cup water

For the sauce:
2 lemons (juiced)
1/3 cup olive oil
2 tsp minced garlic
1/4 tsp salt or to taste


Directions:
Directions:
In a mixing bowl add all the ingredients and mix well to combine.
Cut into four portions. Make each portion into a large disc.
Use a frying pan, add the veggie oil, and cook the patty until done, cook all four of them and set them aside. Mix all the sauce ingredients in a bowl and set a side.
Cut each patty to a medium square, bring a serving dish, place the cooked patty in and pour some of sauce on top and decorate with a few fresh mint leaves.
