2 cups cooked winter squash (cooled)
2 large eggs
½ cup white sugar
⅔ cup evaporated milk
2 tsp. cinnamon
½ tsp. each ginger and nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Puree in blender and add to unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350º for at least an hour or until filling does not stick to knife.
