Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each until light and creamy. Add dry ingredients alternately with sour cream and vanilla to creamed mixture, mixing lightly after each addition until smooth. Spread half of batter in greased pan. Spoon ¾ of streusel over batter. Repeat with remaining batter and streusel. Bake at 350º F for 60 - 65 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in centre comes out clean. Cover with foil after 50 minutes if becoming too brown.
