2 packages of Hawaiian-style rolls (although almost any attached rolls will do)
Mayonnaise
1 lb Deli turkey or ham depending on what you want (we like the combo of turkey w/ swiss and ham w/ cheddar)
8 slices swiss or cheddar cheese

Glaze:

1/2 c butter
1/4 c brown sugar
1 1/2 Tbs Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
1 Tbs dried onion flakes
1 tsp poppy seeds

*half the glaze recipe if only doing a dozen or so

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Slice rolls in half horizontally, leaving the rolls attached. Spread the cut side of the top half with mayo. Layer turkey and cheese on the bottom half. Replace the top half of rolls and arrange in a 13x9-inch pan or on a cookie sheet (we usually cover it in foil) coated with cooking spray.
In a small saucepan, melt stick of butter with brown sugar. Stir in worc. sauce, mustard, onion flakes and poppy seeds. Bring to a boil. Pour or brush evenly over rolls. Bake 15 minutes or until tops are browned.
