1 Cup Jasmine Rice
1 Small Can Spicy Tomato Sauce
1 Half Diced Yellow Onion
6 oz Chorizo Beef or Pork
1 Chicken Boullion Cube
Directions:
Directions:
Cook your chorizo with your onions in a pan. Add your tomato sauce and rice and cook for about 5 minutes.

In a saucepan boil 2 cups of water with your chicken boullion cube. Add your rice mixture to the water and turn your heat to very low. Cover with a lid and don’t touch for about 18 minutes. Once rice is fluffy it’s done. It has a kick to it!
