3 c milk
1 1/2 c sugar
3/4 c flour
6 eggs
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 c coconut (shredded)
3/4 c butter

Directions:
Blend all ingredients in blender and pour into 9x13 inch pan.
Bake at 400 for about 30 minutes or until browned

One of Tyson's students made this for his Spanish class and gave us the recipe. It isn't too sweet, has a custard-type bottom, and is a nice change from regular cake.
