Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 head cabbage
2 lbs. lean ground beef
1 medium onion, diced
2 cups cooked long grain white rice
1, 28 oz. can diced or crushed tomatoes
1 can tomato soup

Directions:
Directions:
Steam leaves by removing core from cabbage then remove leaves as they release. Or, remove core, freeze cabbage and then remove leaves. (Both ways work equally well)
Mix together the beef, diced onion, and cooked rice. Put approximately ¼ - ⅓ cup of mixture onto each cabbage leaf depending on size of the leaf. You may use more if you need it. Roll and secure with a toothpick.
Mix the tomatoes and tomato soup and pour over cabbage rolls. Bake at 350º F for 1 - 1½ hours.

Personal Notes:
I have also used Passata (strained tomatoes) together with tomato soup and this works well too.
