¾ cup maple syrup
1 tbsp. cider vinegar
1 tbsp. ketchup
1 tbsp. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
¼ tsp. dry mustard
⅛ tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-cook ribs and drain grease in covered roaster.
Simmer above ingredients in saucepan (low) for 30 minutes.
Pour sauce over ribs and cook until very tender and well done. 350º for approximately 45 minutes.

Use real maple syrup for best flavour. Triple the sauce recipe if doing a large batch of ribs.
