8 oz. Cream cheese
½ c. or more Catalina/French dressing
milk
½ c. or more Green olives, chopped
Onion, finely chopped, to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the cream cheese and dressing with electric beaters, until smooth. May need to add a little milk to thin down. Stir in olives and onion. Chill in fridge. Serve with potato chips.

This crazy combination of ingredients make a delicious chip dip. It was served at all family functions of Norma Louise Stacey (mother of Katie’s Mom’s friend).
The Fatum family is a huge fan of it as well.
