1 regular pkg. Amish homestyle noodles
2 - 5 oz. cans tuna
1 large can mushrooms
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 chicken bouillon cubes
1 Tbsp. or to taste of onion powder or dried onion
1/4 - 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Thick slice Velveeta cheese
Half & Half to thin down (approximately 1 cup)

Prepare noodles according to package directions. In a bowl, mix together the tuna, mushrooms, soup, bouillon cubes, onion & garlic powder. This down this mixture with a little Half & Half. Pour into a greased casserole dish. Place slices of Velveeta cheese on top. Bake at 325º for 30 min.

When Hannah was in college, a professor asked the class if he was to come to their hometown, what would be the best place to eat. Hannah's response was her mother's kitchen because she makes a "mean" tuna noodle casserole. Boullion is the secret "mean" ingredient!
