2 pkg (4.3oz each) Parmesan Cheese Pasta Sauce mix
3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb), cut into strips
1 cup sliced fresh mushroom
1 cup fresh green beans, cut into 1 inch pieces
(Maybe blanche these beans)
2 tbsp canola oil
1 medium tomato, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare pasta mixes according to package directions.
Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook chicken, mushroms & beans in oil over medium heat for 10-15 minutes,
Or until chicken juices run clear & vegetables are tender; drain.
Add to pasta & sauce.

Serve tomatoes separate, or stir into mixture.

Tested with Knorr Lipton Pasta Sides and Patmesan Fettucinni Pasta in a Parmesan Cheese Sauce
