Mom's Chocolate Cake Recipe

½ c. butter
⅛ c. baking cocoa
½ t. salt
1 c. water

2 c. flour
1½ c. sugar
1½ t. baking soda
2 eggs
¾ c. sour cream
1 t. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Heat butter, cocoa,salt and water til butter is melted. In a large mixing bowl, put remaining ingredients. Add butter mixture and beat well. Pour into a greased and floured bundt pan and bake at 350º for 35-40 min. or til it springs back. Let cake cool in pan 10 min., loosen edges and put serving plate on top and flip over. Hopefully, it comes out in one piece. If not, your favorite frosting can hide a multitude of imperfections! Enjoy, this was one of Grandpa's favorites!
