6 large cucumbers*
2 large onions*
1/4 canning salt

*combined should be about 8 cups

Directions:
Peal and remove seeds from cucumber
grind cucumbers and onion
put 1/4 cup of canning salt on them Let stand over night
 

Day 2


Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1 red pepper or pimento
1 bunch celery
1 1/2 cup vinegar
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp celery seed
1 tsp mustard seed
1/2 tsp turmeric

Directions:
Directions:
Drain cucumber and onion mix
Grind celery, red pepper or pimento
Boil Vinegar, sugar, celery seed, mustard seed, and turmeric
put in vegetables
boil for 20 min
seal hot in hot jars
