2 tbsp fresh chives, finely chopped (optional)
4-6 Publix Chicken Breast Tenders (about 1 lb)
1 (24oz) pkg Hormel Country Crock Mashed Potatoes
1 (12oz) jar chicken gravy
1 (11oz) can Green Giant Yellow & White corn, drained
Aluminum Foil
1½ cups Publix Shredded Colby Jack Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400°F
Chop chives. Cut chicken into bite-size pieces.

Spread potatoes evenly in 2-quart baking dish.
Top with chicken and gravy, then corn.
Cover with foil and bake for 30-35 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
Remove foil and top with cheese.
Bake 3-4 more minutes or until cheese is melted.
Top wih chives.
Serve
