Ingredients:
Ingredients:
frozen bread dough
brown sugar
margarine or butter
Crisco
cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Defrost frozen bread dough in plastic in the refrigerator for 2 days or 4-6 hours on the counter. I use loaves for a large rectangular pan.
Put a small bowl of water in oven and preheat at 150º. Grease pans with Crisco and add a ¼" layer of brown sugar to the pan.
Grease counter with Crisco and press out dough into a rectangle close to size of the the pan (dough should be ½" thick.)
Smear with serrated knife, ½ cup margarine (high degree of oil) over entire rectangle. Add brown sugar to cover and then sprinkle generous amount of cinnamon. You can then rub cinnamon around on brown sugar to mix and pat sugar flat onto dough. Roll into log shape starting on long side. Seal edge of rolled dough by pinching. Cut into 1" slices and place in pan with edges of buns touching each other but not crammed together. When pan is full, grease hands with grease and cinnamon left on counter surface and flatten rolls in pans so they look more rectangular than round.
Turn off oven and remove water. Cover rolls with non-fuzzy dish towel and put in oven to raise until doubled in size (approx. ½ hour) then take out of oven. Turn oven to 350º and when ready, bake rolls for ½ hour or until browned on top. Take out of oven and brush tops with butter and cover with foil and serving tray and immediately (while hot) flip over. Once out of pan, I brush remaining sugar syrup in pan on sides of rolls.

Personal Notes:
Mom used to make these with her homemade bread dough but I have adapted it by making it out of frozen bread dough. They are still delicious. You can also customize your own with chopped walnuts, pecans or raisins.
