1 1/2 cups rolled oats or quinoa flakes
1/2 cup ground flax seed
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1/4 cup sesame seeds
1/3 cup pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup cashews, crushed
1/2 cup sliced almonds
1/2 cup honey
1 cup peanut butter or nut butter
1/2 cup chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all nuts and seeds together in a large bowl.

Heat up the honey in microwave for a few seconds (helps to stir easier). Add peanut butter and honey to nuts and seeds and stir until well combined. Add the chocolate chips and stir in.

Line a 9x13 pan with parchment paper and spread mixture out evenly. Put in freezer to set.
