1 lb lean ground beef
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 1/2 cups frozen spinach
4 oz cream cheese, cubed
1/2 tsp cumin
1 can (4.5 oz) chopped green chiles
2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 package 8 inch flour tortillas
1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
1 cup salsa
2 Tbsp fresh chopped cilantro

Directions:

Heat oven to 350º. Grease 13x9 glass baking pan.

Cook ground beef and garlic. Drain fat. Add spinach and cook 3-5 minutes. On medium heat, stir in cream cheese, cumin, chiles, and 1 1/2 cups of the cheese. Spoon about 1/3 cup mixture down center of each tortilla. Roll up and place seam side down in baking dish.

In bowl, mix tomato sauce and salsa. Spoon over tortillas; sprinkle with remaining cheese.

Bake 20-25 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Sprinkle with cilantro.
