2 sticks margarine softened
1 cup sugar
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup chopped nuts
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Mix ingredients together. Drop by spoonful on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 325º for 14 minutes.
