Ingredients: 1 cup Franks Red Hot wing sauce 1/2 stick of butter 5 cloves garlic minced Sliced green onions Grated parmesan cheese Oil for frying Salt, pepper and garlic salt to taste 2 cups flower 1 lb chicken wings

Directions:Start heating oil in a dutch oven or deep fryer on about medium high heat. Take your flour and season it with salt, pepper and garlic salt. Dredge your chicken in the flower. Fry about 8 pieces at a time for about ten minutes until golden brown. Take out and fry the rest. Heat your sauce with your butter in the microwave for a minute and a half. Mix together. Put your wings in the sauce. Take out and top with grated parmesan cheese, green onion and minced garlic. Serve with ranch or bleu cheese. |

Notes: My mother, Joann, loved hot wings. This recipe is hers with a little twist of my own. I had the idea to add garlic, parmesan cheese from inspiration from wings at a place in town. These turned out amazing. I wish she was alive so I could cook them for her. She was a big super bowl fan and always had to have hot wings while watching football. She loved them on her birthday as well.
