1 medium sized head cabbage
2 carrots
1 tbsp. each of salt & sugar
3 oz. vinegar
6-7 oz. oil

Shred the cabbage and grate the carrots. Place in a large bowl and add the dressing. Stays well for a couple of days in the fridge.
