1 cup Hellman's mayonnaise
¼ cup each of parsley & Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. Basil
2 cups cooked Tri-coloured Fuselli (or pasta of your choice)
1 cup each of cooked red kidney beans; diced carrots; peas (cooked)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine mayonnaise, parsley, cheese, lemon juice, garlic & basil in a bowl. Cook the pasta & add carrots & peas the last two or three minutes. Drain & add this along with the kidney beans to the mayo mixture. Toss to mix well. Chill for several hours before serving. Lasts well in the fridge for up to 3 days but nicest fresh.
