Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 lb. hamburger or ground turkey
1 package Taco seasoning
8 cups chopped leaf lettuce
2 cups shredded marble cheese
½ of a large bag of Cool Ranch Doritos (crush them up)
2 chopped tomatoes
1 cup chopped cucumber
Catalina (or your favourite) dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the hamburger earlier in the day or the day before so it is cooled down when you add it to the lettuce. After meat is cooked, drain and add taco seasoning and the water that is called for and cook for the amount of time it says on the package. Put it in bowl and refrigerate until cooled. To assemble, put lettuce in a large bowl and add remaining ingredients. Put as much dressing in as you normally like in a salad.

Personal Notes:
You can also add black beans or any other veggies you like. This is a favourite recipe at our house and is a meal in itself. You could have a loaf of fresh bread or buns with it or even some garlic bread. It's also great at the end of the summer with corn on the cob.
