1 cup flour
1/2 cup salt
2 tsp. cream of tarter
1 cup cold water
1 Tbsp. baby oil or salad oil
1/4 tsp. food color

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, salt and cream of tartar in a sauce pan. Add water, oil and coloring. Heat for 3 minutes or until mixture pulls away form pan. Knead almost immediately. You may omit the color while cooking and divide it and use different colors while kneading it. Baby oil makes it smell good. Store in air tight container or zip lock bags.
So soft and lasts a long time if returned to container before it starts to dry out.
