2 sticks butter (melted)
¾ C. flour
1 quart milk & 1 C. half and half (add slowly)
½ C. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in a sauce pan, add flour and bring to a boil (stirring constantly). Add milk and half and half slowly, then add the sugar and cook slowly while stirring until it thickens a little. Serve warm with cinnamon and sugar over it OR with butter and syrup over it.
