1 Tbsp oil
½ lb vermicelli or spaghetti (broken into ½" pieces)
1 Cup long grain rice
1 small onion chopped
1 Tbsp fresh parsley (1 tsp dried parsley)
2 Cups chicken broth
1 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
1. In medium saucepan, heat oil
2. Add noodles. Stir until they start to brown
3. Add rice and onion. Cook for about 1-2 minutes
4. Add broth, parsley and salt.
5. Stir and cover
6. Cook for about 20 minutes or until liquid is gone
7. Fluff with fork and serve
